Kulaktan dolma, sonradan olma s\u00f6zde ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimcilerden \u00f6\u011frendiklerinizi unutun. \u0130\u015fte olumlama ger\u00e7ekleri!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Olumlama, affirmation kelimesinden dilimize \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir ve kavram olarak bir durumu, bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi, bir inanc\u0131 d\u00fcz c\u00fcmle kal\u0131plar\u0131 ile zihnimizde onaylamay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara denir. Affirmative, yani olumlu (d\u00fcz) c\u00fcmle kal\u0131b\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak haz\u0131rlanan \u00e7e\u015fitli metinlerin ki\u015finin zihninde ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hayat\u0131nda baz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olu\u015fturmas\u0131 beklenir.
