Ben bu yaz\u0131mda Gerzon\u2019un \u201c\u00c7at\u0131\u015fma Ortam\u0131nda Liderlik\u201d (2006) isimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan ve kendi g\u00f6zlemlerimden yola \u00e7\u0131karak sizler i\u00e7in <b>iyi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc<\/b> <b>k\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6neticilerin 3 \u00f6zelli\u011fini<\/b> derledim.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>1- Kap\u0131lar Ard\u0131nda \u0130leti\u015fim Kurma:<\/b> K\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6neticiler genellikle kapal\u0131 kap\u0131lar ard\u0131nda s\u00f6zl\u00fc ileti\u015fim kurma yolu ile a\u00e7\u0131k ileti\u015fimden uzakt\u0131rlar. Bunun sebebi ileti\u015fim s\u00fcrecini \u201c\u015fahitsiz\u201d b\u0131rakarak manip\u00fcle edebilme f\u0131rsat\u0131ndan yararlanma arzular\u0131d\u0131r. S\u00f6zlerindeki tutars\u0131zl\u0131klar zamanla astlar\u0131n birbirine g\u00fcvenip bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yapmas\u0131 ile g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>2- Davran\u0131\u015fa D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f Sadakatsizlik:<\/b> Organizasyonel (\u00f6rg\u00fctsel) sadakat bir i\u015fletmenin ekosisteminin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015flemesi ve uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gereklidir. K\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6neticiler, kendilerinden de \u00fcst olan kurucu, idareci y\u00f6netime (Y\u00f6netim Kurulu ya da b\u00fcy\u00fck patron) sahte bir sadakat i\u00e7indedirler. Kendi kariyerlerini en \u00f6n planda tutarak mutlaka bir ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f ya da s\u0131\u00e7ray\u0131\u015f planlar\u0131 haz\u0131rd\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fcst y\u00f6netimin aleyhinde konu\u015fmaktan da \u00e7ekinmezler, ki bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc \u00f6rnek olarak di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 da i\u015fletmeden so\u011futur, sadakatlerini zedeler.<\/p>\n<p><b>3- Eylemsizlik ve Ters K\u00f6\u015fe: <\/b>Thomas Friedman\u2019a g\u00f6re k\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6neticiler \u00e7etin, tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 meselelerde eylemsiz kalacaklard\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kendilerini kendi alanlar\u0131yla k\u0131s\u0131tlarlar. \u00d6rne\u011fin iki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan aras\u0131nda bir tart\u0131\u015fma oldu\u011funda ve bu konu y\u00f6neticiye aksetti\u011finde y\u00f6netici \u00e7ekimser kal\u0131r ve kendi kendilerine \u00e7\u00f6zmelerini bekler. \u015eayet bu tart\u0131\u015fma durumu devam ederse y\u00f6netici ters k\u00f6\u015fe yaparak, kendisine \u015fik\u00e2yeti ilk ileten \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131kla su\u00e7layacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kendi hakk\u0131n\u0131 arayacak kadar d\u00fcr\u00fcst ve cesur bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan k\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6netici i\u00e7in her zaman tehlike arz eder.<\/p>\n<p>Bu liste \u00e7ok uzar gider de yeni nesil okuma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131na uyum sa\u011flay\u0131p 3 \u00f6zellikle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rarak k\u0131sa tuttum. \u00d6te yandan dikkat ederseniz yaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u201c<i>y\u00f6netici<\/i>\u201d kelimesini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p \u201c<i>insan<\/i>\u201d kelimesini koysak i\u00e7erik olarak neredeyse hi\u00e7bir \u015fey de\u011fi\u015fmeyecektir. \u0130ster \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olun ister standart ba\u015far\u0131ya sahip olun, \u00f6nemli olan en temelde iyi insan olmak de\u011fil midir?
